We offer various types of vetted technology experts: ● Software including full-stack, back-end, front-end, mobile, and systems engineers. ● DevOps including DevOps Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Automation Architects, Security Engineers, and DevOps Managers. ● Data & AI including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers. ● Quality assurance including QA Analysts, QA Engineers, Automation Testers, QA Lead, and Performance Testers

Our technology experts are based all over the world since our clients are based globally.

The technology experts are independent contractors working on your team, either part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week). The payment is handled through Staffora so you pay us and we pay the expert. The engagement can be terminated at any time with one month's notice.

The experts set their own rates and we add a small margin on top. The all-in rate is typically between $50 to $80 USD per hour with outliers on both ends. There are no other hidden fees.

We vet the experts on their communication, personality, and technical ability. Many of our experts are referred by trusted sources.

Yes, we set up one or more interviews on your behalf so that you feel comfortable entering into an engagement with the experts

The engagements are either part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week). The payment is handled through Staffora so you pay us and we pay the expert. The engagement can be terminated at any time with one month's notice.

We strive to have long-term engagements. This is why we offer very competitive rates for high-quality experts. Our experts prefer working on long-term projects where they become part of a team. The minimum amount of time that we aim for is 6+ months but there is no contractual obligation on the duration of the engagement.

There is a one-month paid trial period. After that, you can end the engagement at any point with one month’s notice.

The experts on our platform are our main asset. However, we understand that sometimes both parties would prefer to engage directly. This is possible with a buyout fee that compensates Staffora for taking a vetted expert from the network.

We strive to find expert talents that can provide hours of daily overlap. However, this depends on our clients and their needs. Usually, our clients are acustomed to asynchronous communication and work so that they can focus on productivity when our expert talent is offline and participate in team meetings during client hours. More overlap can be provided as needed when agreed with the expert talents.

The experts have their own equipment to be productive, but the client can send theirs if they prefer. The client is responsible for procuring the tools they expect the experts to use.

The work performed by the experts from our network is owned by the client.

Staffora has confidentiality agreements with all of its expert talents. Clients can sign separate NDAs directly with our talents if needed.

We accept wire transfers.

We invoice clients twice a month. The invoices include Net 10 terms giving clients enough time to review the invoice before processing for payment.
